Earlier this week I read an online article about making sure your prospects, customers, or followers can easily contact you by Andy Traub. I would highly recommend you read it, but more than that I recommend you take action from it.

If you were on my website last week, then again this week you will notice a BIG change in the design. The motivation for a complete re-design comes because I want my website to be easy to navigate & easy to understand. It’s not finished yet, but I’m making progress!

My website was an example of a wall that I had put up between my would-be customers and my business. It was not intentional, but it has to be an intentional fix.

What about you? What walls have you put up unintentionally that hinder new business?

My challenge to you, this week is to look at what you do & how you do it, then find where there is a wall. A barrier that stops your would-be customer from making that connection. Take down the wall & keep what you do simple. Do it this week.
